This prominent location is situated next to a bustling road and surrounded by diverse residential architecture. The design's vision was to reduce the overall space occupied and maximize the available amenity area for the local community. The result on this steep site is an intricately planned layout with an impressive exterior. The recurring gables, in conjunction with the contrasting brick, produce a sense of depth.

The project creates 36 new apartments including wheelchair accessible units and dedicated bike storage. To the north is a generous play area with built-in seating, surrounded by soft landscaping. To the south is ample parking with level access.
