Taking a challenging, industrial brownfield site once home to Maxwell Road Gasworks, this development has seen the area transformed into 140 new homes with supporting amenity and recreation space. Working on behalf of AS Homes for the Home Group this project has led regeneration in the area, providing much needed housing for local people.

Taking a design led approach, the development is reflective of the aims behind the Scottish Government’s Designing Streets policy, creating high quality streetscapes and public spaces, benefitting the overall locality of East Pollokshields.
