Taking a challenging, brownfield site once home to Ruchill Hospital, the development aims to lead regeneration in the North of Glasgow. Plans proposed on behalf of Bellway Homes include 403 new homes for private sale plus high quality leisure and amenity spaces, fully accessible to the wider public. Focused around a historic water tower, the development radiates out into a series of boulevards and smaller neighbourhood areas.

An ornamental stone stair will become the focus of a woodland walkway, to be created to the North of the site improving connections across the wider locality and encouraging active travel.
